The Weather.csv and Radiation.csv are from Albany, NY, Alabany International Airport
USAF	WBAN	YEAR
725180	14735 2007

But the research conducted with these test cases modified those NCEI radiation data with ...
... radiation data from National Solar Radiation Data Base (NSRDB) station ID#1227776 for the simulated dates

Steady state simulations replaced all radiation variables for the entire 48 period 2007070200 - 2007070323, use combined radiation and weather file Radiation.Steady.csv and Weather.Steady.csv.
UnSteady state simulations replaced all radiation variables for the limited period 2007061112 - 2007061217, use combined radiation and weather file Radiation.UnSteady.csv and Weather.UnSteady.csv.

Note: The Unsteady test cases are missing hours June 11 00:00 to 11:00, and June 12 18:00 to 23:00. This was Reza Abdi's intent.
Note: The Unsteady test cases should be refactored to insert the hours before and after the storm, completing the record.

Date & Time: StatCoolRiver Unsteady test cases simulate parts of 2 days from June 11th 12:00 to June 12th 17:00, 2007.
Date & Time: StatCoolRiver Steady and HEC test cases simulate 2 days from July 2nd to July 3rd, 2007.

Unsteady Test Cases:
SawmillCk_Unsteady_Minute is Sawmill Creek, Tannersville, NY along a 1980 m reach described in Abdi and Endreny (2019). The simulation has been shortened from 2 to 1 day.
SawmillCk_Unsteady is Sawmill Creek, Tannersville, NY along a 1500 m reach described in Abdi and Endreny (2019).

Steady and HEC Test Cases:
SawmillCk_Steady_Minute is Sawmill Creek, Tannersville, NY along an short 198 m reach described in Abdi et al (2020) and Abdi's PhD thesis.
Note: run time for the calMethod = 1 at 1980 m is long (~5 min), so this shorter reach of 198 m was created.
SawmillCk_Steady is Sawmill Creek, Tannersville, NY along the full 1980 m reach described in Abdi et al (2020) and Abdi's PhD thesis.
SawmillCk_HECRAS_Minute is Sawmill Creek, Tannersville, NY with a concatenated 200 m reach from Abdi et al. (2020).
SawmillCk_HECRAS_PBC is Sawmill Creek, Tannersville, NY along the full 1980 m reach described in Abdi et al (2020) and Abdi's PhD thesis.

Weather data are a combination of two sources, one for the simulation period, another to fill in the year:
Weather data for the simulation period uses National Solar Radiation Data Base (NSRDB) station ID#1227776, located 23 km from the study site.
NSRDB data included air temperature, dew point temperature, shortwave radiation, fraction cloudiness, and wind speed.
Weather data for all other times is from USAF = 725180 WBAN = 1473 Albany, NY International Airport, 2007.
NSRDB data may also be accessed through an address search at: https://nsrdb.nrel.gov/data-viewer for Tannersville, NY at 42.195644 -74.133751

Unsteady and Steady 2D output files have a 1st column name RiverStation_ID, going from RiverStation_ID_0 to RiverStation_ID_##.
Unsteady RiverStation_ID_# is a function of the HydroPlusConfig.xml element CR_totDist and CR_unsteady_dx, with a ID every CR_unsteady_dx.
If CR_unsteady_dx = 100, then ID_0 starts at river station distance (m) CR_unsteady_dx; RiverStation_ID_14 = 1500m.
Steady RiverStation_ID_# is a function of the HydroPlusConfig.xml element CR_totDist, with a ID at every meter from 1 to CR_totDist.

Note: The minutely and extended simulation activates <CR_Minute_output> and <CR_Extended> by setting value to 1, rather than 0.
Note: This minutely output is interpolated from hourly and should be archived for testing the interpolation.
