The StatHydro test cases simulate the Rock Creek watershed, Washington, DC, area = 161.44 sq km, for calendar year 2018.

Observed discharge was from the USGS gauge 01648000, Rock Creek at Sherrill Drive, Washington, DC.

Observed weather data for 2010 was from Washington National Airport ID USAF 724050 WBAN 13743.

NLCD for 2011 estimated impervious area = 33.3%, pervious area = 66.7%, tree cover = 41.3%.
Average annual precipitation = 39.7 inches of rain and = 15.4 inches of snow.
Average temperature in winter (Dec-Jan-Feb) had low = 30.7 F and a high = 45.8 F.
Average temperature in the summer (Jun-Jul-Aug) had low = 69.0 F and a high = 86.4 F.
Inputs were prepared for Washington D.C. EnviroAtlas using the earliest version for the i-Tree Hydro v6 GUI.
DEM resolution was downgraded from 10 to 30 m to reduce storage space and run time for the test case.

Outputs change as the HydroPlus program develops and improves.
Note: The simulation year may change to 2018, using newly obtained USGS discharge observations data.

The notation expIR represents exponential decay of infiltration rate, while powIR represents power decay of infiltration rate.
These different infiltration rate methods are described in Wang et al. 2008.
